- Oversee day-to-day accounting accuracy of the business vertical, including posting Journal Entries on accounting systems throughout the month and at month end.
- Track and monitor AP/AR Controls, prepare relevant reconciliations for the vertical.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of accounting basics and standards (Ind-AS/IFRS).
- Support business with flash reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors on compliance and accounting inquiries.
- Work with the tax team regarding any issues and queries related to local and statutory taxes.
- Engage with the Finance Business Partner of the vertical and assist in daily activities related to Budgeting Process, Forecasting, MIS Reporting - Locally and Globally.
- Support the financial partner in Budget V/S Actual Variance Analysis.
- Take on additional responsibilities to optimize business processes and prepare and control relevant SOPs.
- Chartered Accountant with up to 2 years of experience (preferably from Big6 or Retail Industry background).
- JD-Edwards/SAP experience is a plus.
- Experience in Ecommerce/Retail companies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
