    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to join our team.

    As a QA Manager, your main role is to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You 'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues, apply coding best practices, and contribute to the overall quality and reliability of our software products.     Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of QA Engineers and Practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure their performance, professional growth, and development.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and provide feedback.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure and track the effectiveness of QA processes and initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of manual and automated tests, ensuring thorough coverage of critical functionality and edge cases.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of testing activities such as functional tests, regression tests, acceptance tests, etc.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software development.

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a QA leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-standard QA tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity and experience with root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with software testing automation frameworks and tools.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and load testing tools and techniques.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
  • Knowledge or experience in DevOps/DevSecOps/CI-CD.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and other project management methodologies.
  • Experience in project management, preferably software product project management.
