    HR Manager for Talent Acquisition & Employer Tie-ups - Hotel & Hospitality Industry + Hirgin now industry

    Job Brief:

    As the Talent Acquisition HR Manager for the Hotel & Hospitality Industry, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding eligible staff and executives to join our dynamic team.

    In addition to traditional recruitment responsibilities, you will also play a key role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and employer tie-ups within the industry.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the Hotel & Hospitality industry, including but not limited to managerial, operational, and specialized roles.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
    • Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including educational institutions, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies, to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
    • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
    • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the Hotel & Hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Proficient in using HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment software/tools.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed for industry events, campus recruitment, and other networking opportunities.
