    RequirementsResponsibilities:

    • Respondto customer issues through calls chats andemails.
    • Configuretroubleshoot and resolve customerissues.
    • Manageticket lifecycle: creation validation troubleshooting escalationand closure within SLAguidelines.
    • Validateissues to eliminate false alarms andmisunderstandings.
    • Probefor information to understand thoroughly and resolveissues.
    • Educatecustomers on new productfeatures.
    • Analyzeissues and create engineering bug/featurerequests.
    • Escalatecomplex issues to the next level or engineering team asneeded.
    • Maintainregular communication with customers on caseprogress.
    • Keepinternal stakeholders informed and involved in casedevelopments.
    • Monitorcase statuses and update them with information from customers andinternalteams.
    • Assistwith configuring user profiles permissions alerts andsettings.
    • Createknowledge base articles to address gaps or introduce newprocesses.
    • Providedaily shift updates summarizing calls emails andchats.

    Gender: Male and Female Package details: (Includes ESI, PF)Freshers: INR 10,000 INR 11,000 per month depending on fluency inEnglish communication INR 12,000 per month if English is very goodMalayalam candidates: INR 12,000 per month can be paid for freshersINR 13,000 per month if candidate can speak Tamil, Malayalam andEnglish INR 12,500 13,000 per month for only Tamil and English INR13,500 per month for those who can speak Tamil, Malayalam andEnglish Mode: Work from Office Experience- 0 6 months of any tele-calling activity in BPO Location Nungambakkam, Chennai Shifttimings: 9 hours / day; Rotational shift; any one day week-off ForMale candidate: Rotational Shifts / Night shift will be there, Nocab For Female candidate: First shift in morning will start at6.30; last shift will be over at 8pm Basic understanding of Englishnecessary; they should be able to read and type English; should beable to speak basic English. Candidates should undergo Prudentiatest to get selected for the process; test is online and can betaken on mobile.
