    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for various IT positions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of various IT positions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications
    • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
    • Familiarity with recruitment software and databases
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and recruit top talent for various IT positions
    • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for specific roles
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs
    • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable candidates
    • Negotiate rates and terms of employment with candidates
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage the recruitment process
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
