    Desired candidate profile:

    Age:
    35-45 years

    Experience: 15+ years


    Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree/PG/ MBA


    Required Skills:
    Capable of establishing effective procedures for various activities related to contracts & procurement.
    Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct others according to company standards.
    A person with a high sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Responsible for all contracts (construction, services) and procurements for projects.
    Negotiate price and finalized Contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
    Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    Draft clear and comprehensive contracts that cover all relevant aspects, including scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and legal compliance.
    Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments or modifications to existing contracts.
    Ensure that contracts meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    Planning & implementing procurement strategies.
    Plan policies and procedures for efficiently, honestly, economically and productively purchasing goods for supply chain production and operation.
    Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level.

    Establish essential guidelines for approving purchase orders, set purchasing policies, manage inventory, budget for materials and continuously consider stock requirements, skills and account balances.

    Monitor, review and analyze bids and quotes with suppliers, including the negotiation of service agreements and contracts.
    Maintain knowledge of the market, in addition to current prices and fair rates for goods.
    Ensure strong communication with concerned departments to match delivery schedules.
    Vendor Development. Oversee sources for purchasing supplies.
    Maintain company budget and streamline costs.
    Achieving goals and targets with respect to - Timely availability of Material, Quality of Input Material, Cost Savings, Profitability
