    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with Product Managers to plan, implement and deliver tasks and modules on a timely basis with best practices
    • Manage the product's development pipeline to deliver features core components for client Access Manager on schedule while maintaining a high bar for quality.
    Closely Interact with other functions such as Product, Design, QA, DevOps and deliver planned features

    • Facilitate and drive key technology decisions with senior technology stakeholder
    • Drive great execution, work with the team to set expectations, Encourage quality of delivery for your teams and areas of ownership, including standards for code, reviews, testing, and monitoring.
    • Identify bottlenecks, help the development team with challenges, problemsolving, and help achieve delivery as per sprint plan
    • Deliver software releases in an agile method at regular cadence with enterpriselevel quality and performance
    • Be handson with the product in terms of usability, testing, triage, and design aspects
    • Supervise the delivery of high quality, wellwritten code that is quickly understood and easily supported by others.
    • Participate in project core team meetings to discuss status, identifying risks, and mitigation strategies across delivery teams.
    • Act as a Scrum Master for one or more teams.
    • Hiring resources as per the product plan and building an efficient team

    Qualifications :

    • 12+ yrs of experience in Java/J2ee technologies
    • Handson experience of Java/J2EE, core Java concepts (multithreading, design patterns using Java, collections etc.), Spring, Hibernate, Groovy and Grails preferred and building web services using REST/SOAP APIs java based distributed systems.
    • Proficiency with RDBMS Server in designing and optimizing queries, performance tuning and stored procedures
    • Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup.
    • Deep understanding & expertise with highly transactional, large relational and complex systems
    • An entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and product management skills.
    • Demonstrated endtoend ownership for development and design of Product.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation, facilitation, and consensusbuilding skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MS or Masters in Information Technology preferred
