    Job Purpose

    The role of Resource - Product Strategy (Helmets), will be responsible for ON-TIME & IN-FULL delivery on various goals and performance indicators as per strategic business plan for the year, including Helmet Category Revenue & profit growth; Product roadmap, Launch plans and overall Category Lifecycle management; Successful launches of new product line up. The incumbent will possess Excellent understanding of Manufacturing processes and Continuous process improvement for cost management; Thorough understanding of Global Helmets safety standards and facilitate seamless Global business across geographies and is very good at Product costing, Product pricing and strategy

    Key Responsibilities

    • Product Growth management - Revenue, Profitability and ASPs
    • Product Planning, Category Roadmap creation
    • Helmet Manufacturing study, Setup and facility implementation
    • New Product Development and Engineering
    • Vendor management for new developments
    • Product presentations for internal and external stakeholders
    • Global product management and launches across geographies
    • Bringing new techniques, Materials, processes to improve business and sales
    • Continuously work on improving Cost efficiency and Process efficiency
    • Market study, Competitor Product Study and Analysis
    • Cutting edge data analysis and insights generation for product improvement
    • Product content creation to support Marketing and Training teams
    • Work with design teams directing and filtering the output through manufacturing feasibility lens
    • Keenly learning about Global products, best design aspects and implementing them in the products continuously to strengthen the category
    • Work with different Sales channel partners and prepare Roadmaps and GTM for channel specific products
    Work Experience

    Education

    Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology (Full Time) - Mechanical, Polymer, Production Engineering

    Experience

    • 2-4 Years of relevant experience
    • Exposure in Helmet Manufacturing, managing Production and Establishing and managing manufacturing facilities
    • New Product development (Automotive, Manufacturing)
    • Hands on Work experience and handy in MS Office/Google enterprise
    • Very good eyes for right products, right designs
