- Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of activations and satisfaction.
- Engage with onboarded customers on a frequent basis via multiple channels, call, email and Whatsapp.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, driving revenue, expanding market share, and acting as a revenue generator in business development
- Monitor customer health metrics, developing strategies to address areas of concern.
- Conduct product demos for customers to explain the platform usage.
- Give feedback to the demand generation / sales team on customer quality based on interactions and feedback from customers.
- Strong academic record with approx. 4 years of work experience and at least 2 years in b2b sales or account management
- Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness and interpersonal skills
- Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
