    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Digi Assists. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time remote position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Only female candidates can be considered.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
    • Fluency in Marathi.
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
    • Graduate candidates in any stream.
    • Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
    • Adept knowledge of working with MS Office.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate leads and cold call potential clients to generate sales opportunities.
    • Also do regular calling to generated leads by company or his representatives.
    • Develop and maintain a database of prospects.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone.
    • Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales techniques.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system.
