    Our team of over 500 trailblazers operates from 24 strategically located offices across India, the USA, and Southeast Asia, seamlessly uniting expertise to cater to all logistical, warehousing, and transportation requirements.

    Recruiter - DAY SHIFTThis is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

    The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience, creating reports.


    JD:

    Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectationsManage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidatesFoster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become openPartner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategiesRemain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcementsShould be target driven.

    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.


    Requirement:
    Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition of 2-3years.
    Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools -Naukri, LinkedIn etc.

    Ability to evaluate and screen candidatesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with HR software and applicant tracking systemsBachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources.

    Experience in recruitment for freight forwarding or Logistics would be added advantage.
    Immediate Joiners are preferable.
    Should have experience with NON-IT recruitment.

    Location :
    Ghatkopar West, Mumbai (Opposite Shreyas Cinema Road)

    Day Shift : 9.00 am pm (Sat & Sun Off)

    QualificationsExperience in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewingKnowledge of recruitment best practices and trendsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholdersFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and HR softwareAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCertification in HR or recruitment is a plus
