- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Manage and oversee the lead generation team, providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to optimize performance.
- Implement best practices for identifying and qualifying leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align lead generation activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize lead generation processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them as sales-ready leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement and conversion.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on lead generation performance for management review.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in a technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, tactics, and tools.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of inside sales representatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools for lead tracking and management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve lead generation processes.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
