Job Overview

ILP Overseas | International Learning Planners is looking for a Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. As an HR, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's human resource functions. This is a fresher role with less than 1 year of experience. The job location is Surat, Gujarat, India. The employment type for this role is 'Remote' or 'Internship'.

Qualifications and Skills

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Adaptability and flexibility

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment and selection process by coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates
Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Support employee performance management processes by conducting evaluations and providing feedback
Manage employee benefits and ensure timely communication and delivery
Assist in employee training and development initiatives
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
