Job DescriptionUn de nos clients sur Charleroi recherche un Service Desk Engineer pour une mission freelance de 12 mois.Tâches principales• Garantir le support aux utilisateurs de la Digital Workplace (Windows10) en conformité avec les spécifications techniques
• Assistance aux utilisateurs:o Prendre en charge les demandes d'interventions, incidents et informations dans le cadre de l'utilisation de la Digital Workplace
(incident management et request mamangement)o Escale au support niveau de support adéquat si la résolution n'est pas possible dans un délais raisonnableo Prépare, livre et configure le matériel.o Accompagnement des utilisateurs dans l'utilisation de leur poste de travail lors de leur arrivéeo Installation / Désinstallation logicielso Coordonne avec l'équipe concernée les déménagements, cablage & retraits de matériels.o Gestion de la CMDB (Asset Management)o Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures opérationnelles ainsi que les instructions applicatives.o Analyser les incidents récurrents et proposer des solutions ou remonter le problème vers le Service ManagementRequirements Profil recherchéLes compétences techniques recherchées et les niveaux de séniorité associés.
• Bonne connaissance d'outil deploiement / packaging (Intune)
• Bonne connaissance de Windows 10
• Expérience confirmée en Staging / Imaging / déploiement de desktops & Laptops -
• Expérience démontrée en tant que support digital workplace dans un environnement d'infrastructure ICT Senior (supérieur à 5 ans)
• Expérience en suivi support utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2
• Expérience prouvée dans un contexte d'entreprise similaire (nombre d'utilisateurs > 2000)
• Expérience confirmée avec les applications Microsoft OfficeD'un point de vue compétences "soft skills", il est attendu du consultant:- qu'il ait un esprit d'équipe : il doit pouvoir se fondre dans une équipe en place- qu'il soit pro-actif / esprit analytique / précision et rigueur dans son travail- qu'il soit dynamique et posé- qu'il soit résistant au stress- qu'il soit capable de synthétiser et communiquer aussi bien à un Executive Management qu'à une équipe technique- qu'il soit autonome, capable de travailler en équipe et avec une très bonne capacité à communiquerSi cette mission vous intéresse merci de m'envoyer votre CV et je reviendrai vers vous dès que possible avec les détails.
