    5. Experience Required Min 2years experience
    6. Remuneration Rs Per Month

    Experience Background: Job relevant Experience:

    Should have experience in HR Department

    Profile Requirement (Job Specification)

    Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)

    Basic knowledge of labor laws

    Excellent organizational skills

    Strong communications skills

    Purpose of the Job:

    To take responsibility and to support to the HR Team Leader. To ensure that workplace needs are being

    met in the form of benefit administration, salary determination, and employee discipline.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    To Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

    To Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Team Leader

    To Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

    To Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,

    recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc

    To Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

    To Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

    To Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

    To Communicate with public services when necessary

    To Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

    To Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
