    As the People Success Operations Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in furthering our mission to offer our employees the best possible experience throughout their time with us. In this position, you will represent People Success internally and advocate for global work guidelines, benefits, and HR processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for any employee-related queries. Operating with a high level of autonomy, your influence will be felt across our global workforce of 600+ professionals. Join our People Success team and help create a positive workplace environment by delivering exceptional experiences to our employees.

    What's in it for you?

    • Coordinate employee life cycle for India and international locations (US, Canada, Costa Rica, UK)
    • Manage administrative tasks related to employee life cycle (onboarding, orientation, payroll, and exits)
    • Provide HR advisory services for absence, health, and grievance matters
    • Prepare, facilitate, and serve as primary payroll backup for India, Canada, UK
    • Promote a positive work environment and handle employee relations
    • Maintain HR documents and manage audits
    • Proficient in HRIS and PEO/EOR portals
    • Expertise in query management and HR ticketing systems
    • Should be able to collaborate with various internal & external stakeholders including vendors
    • Should have knowledge of India HR compliances preferably for Maharashtra and Bangalore locations

    We'd love to hear from you if you:

    • Master's degree in human resources, business administration or related field, bachelor of technology preferred
    • 3+ years of experience in core HR Operations
    • Knowledge of using HRIS
    • Good with Excel, MS &Powerpoint
    • Honest, ethical, dependable, and accountable
    • Attentive listener, empathetic, and personable
    • Experience working with Product Software Companies/SaaS is highly preferable
