Description

We are looking for an Inventory Analystbased at Lufthansa Technik Services India(LTSI).The analyst will provide accountingservices to Lufthansa Technik AG (LHT) mainly in the areas of theSAP R/3 modules FI and MM. For this the analyst should be organizeddetailoriented and will analyze information maintain complete andaccurate records assist with routine accounting duties and provideprompt courteous responses to inquiries from internationalstakeholders. Hence the position holder needs to possess strongcommunication and computerskills.
Tasksand Responsibilities ManagementAccounting
InventoryAccounting:

Monitoringand accounting for inventory transactions in SAP(MM) and other related ITsystems.
Analysis clarification and correctionof incorrect booking (MM) in thesystem in coordination with various specialists departments atLHT.
Assisting the LHT team withdaily monthly and annualactivities including closing material operationtopics and resolving discrepancies
Carry outspecial analyses and special tasks as well on needly basis andassist during audits.
Bring in best practicescontrols and automation to increase productivity and efficiencysupport corporate initiatives such as implementationsrestructurings etc.
Initiatives such asimplementations restructurings etc.
Support oncross functionaltasks

II.Qualifications:

Bachelors / Master s degree along with related experience insupply chain management andmaterial management is required with
24 years ofexperience being desirable
Good knowledge ofERP systems preferablySAP R/3 (FI CO MMModules)
Solid knowledge andexperience of MSOffice

II.RequiredSkills:

Demonstrateflexibility in working hours to accommodate different working hourstime zones
Communicate confidently in anarticulate manner both verbally and inwriting
Plan and manage tasks as assignedwhilst meeting deadlines and delivering qualityoutput
Ability to adapt easily to a changingenvironment and work effectively with different deadlines andstakeholders.
Act as backup for other team andsupport the team/manager as a backup whenneeded
Maintain complete documentation ofactivities/tasks
Great teamwork andinterpersonal skills
Ability to handle andorganize tasks independently
Fluent inEnglish
