    Description

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
    • Collaborate with various recruitment agencies and head-hunters for timely closure of open technology roles.
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct training sessions on HR topics as needed.
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

    Experience, knowledge and technical skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in core HR functional teams in the areas of Talent Acquisition and HR operations
    • Previous experience in working in a fast-paced environment would be preferable.
    • Ability to work independently to own and manage the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional and proactive work ethic.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Expertise in supporting multiple and ever-changing complex business units in an HR generalist capacity required.
