    The Cvent Supplier and Venues Solutions (SVS) Customer Marketing team is committed to assisting and nurturing existing customers throughout their journey with Cvent. They guide customers through onboarding, adoption, retention, advocacy, and expansion stages, aiming to help them grow their businesses effectively.

    The role of the Onboarding and Adoption Team Lead involves overseeing global customer onboarding and adoption programs to ensure a seamless and top-notch customer experience. This individual collaborates with various stakeholders to plan and implement customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels. They also focus on automating onboarding processes and optimizing reporting for program analysis and enhancement.

    In this position, your responsibilities include:

    • Enhancing customer onboarding experience through progressive onboarding journeys and interactive assets.
    • Managing data-driven adoption and engagement campaigns to improve the customer experience.
    • Collaborating with global marketing teams, overseeing campaign scheduling, asset creation, and reporting.
    • Owning post-campaign analysis and refining reporting mechanisms.
    • Communicating program timelines and results to stakeholders.
    • Managing marketing enablement and internal wiki for relevant programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in marketing campaign design and execution.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational and program management skills.
    • Experience working under tight deadlines with various stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
    • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
    • Advantageous: Experience in the Hospitality Industry and SaaS environment.
