    Team Lead - SaaS/ Tech Sales (Digital Analytics Platform)

    Job Description:

    • Seeking a dynamic SaaS Sales specialist to join our sales team focused on Digital Analytics solutions for digital-first Businesses.
    • Responsible for driving revenue growth, qualifying leads, and converting them into clients by collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
    • Self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for technology Sales Opportunity Creation, Nurturing, and Conversion.
    • Research and identify potential customers using various tools, reach out through multiple channels, and continuously improve sales tactics.
    • Lead workshops, demos, and POCs with potential customers to understand their needs and meet or exceed targets for lead generation and conversion.

    Domain Knowledge:

    • Understanding of digital data sources, consumer behavior, marketing channel strategies, user retention techniques, and optimizing user journeys.

    People Leadership:

    • Lead a high-performing sales team through strategic recruitment, training, and coaching.
    • Provide regular performance feedback, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of digital analytics platforms, ETL & BI Tools, ability to work independently, and experience in B2B Tech SAAS.

    Bonus:

    Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools and Business Analytics.
