    Description

    What You'll Do

    • Team Leadership and Coaching:
      • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ISRs, helping them develop their sales skills, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques.
      • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
      • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment where team members feel empowered to succeed.
      • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help ISRs continuously improve.
      • Identify and address any performance issues within the team.
    • Sales Strategy and Execution:
      • Partner with the sales director to develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
      • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
      • Develop and implement sales training programs to equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track team performance against targets.
      • Work with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for the inside sales team.
      • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    • You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
      • 2-4 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the inside sales environment.
      • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving sales team growth.
      • Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation techniques, and sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling).
      • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with your team.
      • Strong communication and motivational skills to inspire and empower your team.
      • Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges within the sales process.
      • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) (a plus, not mandatory).
