- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Proven experience as a Head of Business Development or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
