Job title - Manager HRBP
Reports to - HR Head
Duties and Responsibility:
Compile and process employee time and attendance data to calculate hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. Review and verify payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and process payroll on a regular schedule, considering various compensation components and deductions. Address payroll-related discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries.
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including personal information, salary adjustments, and tax-related details.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of payroll records.
Stay updated with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll processing. Generate payroll reports and forms required for compliance purposes.
Process benefit-related deductions and contributions accurately.
Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally Work with employees and relevant departments to resolve any payment or calculation errors.
Qualification:
· Any postgraduate with at least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
· Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Required Skills:
· Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
· Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis.
· Strong understanding of payroll regulations, labor laws, and taxation.
