    Job title: Group Head - Audience Strategy Reporting to: Client Lead Location, Country: India Brief role description : Wavemaker is an agency of GroupM, the world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP.     • The Support to go further than we thought possible Core responsibilities:

    Ensuring FPD integration both from a planning perspective, ensuring scaling and relevant deployment

    FPD first planning across brand portfolio and efficiency optimization

    Drive audience solutions like ADH and Bridge for planning and deployment

    Integration of CRM and CDP from an audience lens across brand plans

    Use of analytics for audience building and prioritization

    Building and operationalizing the FPD architecture (collection, enrichment , deployment ,measurement etc )

    The Candidate:

    5 -6 years of experience

    Knowledge of Digital media planning and strategy

    Comfortable with cohort-based audience planning on Meta and Google

    Broad knowledge of media basics and owned asset marketing

    Must have worked on developing campaign reports and analysis

    Comfortable with accessing data from platform dashboards

    Developing campaign result presentations for various stakeholders

    Operational Knowledge of Platform execution on Meta and Google

    Working on custom audience segments developed from owned asset audiences and platform cohorts

    Worked on first party data audiences and owned platforms

    Understanding of business strategies, growth marketing

    Worked on performance campaigns for portals and apps

    Some experience in Data Science and Analytics

    In 3 -6 Months

    Understanding how CDP works and data flow into and out of CDP

    How can CDP audiences be created brand wise and how are they scaled?

    Exploring what attributes are needed for audience enhancement

    Developing and enhancing the audience blueprint for all brands

    In 1 Year

    Become a Data and Audience champion

    Lead conversations on driving business outcomes using data.

    Become an evangelist for audience to outcomes-based planning approach
