    Responsibilities

    Selected applicants' day-to-day responsibilities include

    • Scale the platform to over 5 Mn users from 500K users in 12 months.
    • Brainstorm New Approaches to Create Brand Campaigns
    • Handle & Execute Creative Campaigns on college campuses & clubs
    • Define the brand story, marketing campaigns, working on the Digital Marketing
    • Build a team of campus ambassadors from over 100+ colleges across the nation.
    • Partner with brands, and companies to offer branding & recruitment platform.
    • Developing, implementing, and managing Influencer Marketing Strategy
    • Building the students' community platform
    • Developing effective content-driven plans including the development of a Brand marketing calendar
    • Coordinating with brands and crafting custom promotional content and running campaigns on brands' marketing styles.
    • Onboard new brands for brand partnerships, and collaborations with youth-facing brands.
    • Day-to-day account management, including the review of brand trackers, reports, recaps, maintaining database invoices, budget management, etc
    • Initiate, and collaborate on new brand campaigns including reaching out to new brands, activating existing brands, and building and maintaining a strong relationship.
    • Partnerships with colleges & universities across the country.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ Years of work experience in Growth, Marketing, Product, and Executing campaigns
    • Creative individual
    • Masters degree preferred
    • Strong negotiation skills
