    Description

    TLDR

    Location: Bavdhan, Pune

    Experience Band: 4-7 years

    Looking for Skills / JD:

    • Experience in targeting US/EU (We don't do outreach in India).
    • 3+ years running ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc (end to end).
    • (Good To Have) Tracking User behavior/journeys using any product analytics tool and making decisions based on them.
    • Preferably worked on a SAAS product.

    Offered CTC: Upto 17L PA

    Founded by a 2X Entrepreneur and 2 IIT-R graduates, We are an AI SAAS Product that is changing how SMBs and Social media marketers create content for their Social Media Platforms. Our AI makes Ready-to-use Social media posts down to the Image creative, caption from a 1-liner text input or a Shopify/E-Com product.

    We have grown 25X in the last 8 months with >94% of customers being global. We are Angel-funded (by one of the most respected VCs in India).

    What are we looking for?

    You as a Sr. Growth Marketer will report directly to our Co-founder and will be responsible for one thing only - Envisaging and Executing a demand generation strategy to further propel our growth. We are a pure-play PLG product and you will be involved in data-driven experimenting with different Channels to identify the best-performing channels and grow them further.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    At least 4+ Years of experience:

    • At least 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns/strategies. Experience in running ads on TikTok/Twitter is appreciated.
    • Experience in tracking User journeys using any product analytics tools and making decisions based on them.
    • Some experience in Marketing/growing Android and iOS Apps is preferred.
    • Some experience in a SaaS organization is preferred.

    Work Location: Bavdhan, Pune. This is a full-time work-from-office opportunity.
