Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Tracklinehr. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, and convincing them to make a purchase. This is a junior-level position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Fluency in the local language and basic knowledge of English

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs
Explain product features and benefits to customers and answer any questions they may have
Maintain a record of all calls made and update customer information in the database
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
