    Description

    15+ years of experience in Human Resource operations with a focus on delivery

    Lead the HRO practice to be an industry leader by providing technology led transformation services which will lead to superior employee experience for the clients.

    Chart a path to deliver superior customer experience by setting up a performance bench-marked delivery structure supporting clients across geographies and industries.

    Develop and execute the HRO strategy, which includes, Identifying and assessing the needs of clients, Developing and implementing solutions that meet those needs, Measuring the success of the HRO strategy.

    Manage the performance of the HRO team, which includes, setting goals and objectives, Providing feedback and coaching, Appraising performance.

    Ensure that HR services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

    Meet or exceed client expectations.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and technologies.

    Develop and implement new HR initiatives.

    Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
