    Job Description :

    • Proficiency in analytics software and programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc.
    • Lead analytics projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Utilize advanced analytics and data modeling techniques to solve complex problems in the Banking and Insurance sectors.
    • Define and refine analytics processes, policies, and best practices, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.
    • Collaborate with IT and development teams to articulate business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate the accuracy and usability of data products.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including project reports, user guides, and training materials.
    • Act as a liaison between the business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of analytics objectives and outcomes.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and analytics best practices to continually enhance our capabilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading projects to successful completion.
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in the Banking and Insurance sectors.
    • Certifications in analytics, project management, or related fields.
    • Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive modeling.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Must Have Skills : Analytics Software (SAS,R,Python) , Predictive Modeling, Data mining,Banking /Insurance Domain ,Project Management , Database Management ,Data Visualization tools

    Academic : Post Graduate /Graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
