    Description

    Required Expertise

    • 3 to 7 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Software Documentation.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of Documentation tools like MS Office, Robohelp, Acrobat, SnagIt, and InDesign.
    • Demonstrated experience working with application and infrastructure architecture diagrams development, which aligns with industry open standards.
    • Sound knowledge and experience in Content architecture and cataloguing.
    • Preferred product knowledge from Life Insurance and Lending domain.

    Key Responsibilitie

    • sLearning/understanding the documentation tools and process
    • Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
    • Coordinating with subject matter experts in understanding product and functionality to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards
    • Research, design, illustrate, revise, edit, and write high-quality documentation
    • Re-writing existing documents with proper standards
    • Preparing easy-to-understand Online Help, User Manual, and other User Documentation
    • Assisting in preparing templates, preparing/formatting Word documents, power point presentations in accordance with prescribed organization standards
    • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
    • Prepare articles, and blogs, to promote software applications
