    • Expert level knowledge of the US staffing market including W2/1099/C2C.
    • Expert in marketing H1 Candidates
    • Expert level knowledge of the h1b transfer process including the procurement of client letters.
    • Very solid English skills (verbal and written) to enable candidate to interact with a wide variety of contacts including Prime Vendors, Direct Clients, internal employees and candidates.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
    • Excellent follow up skills.
    • Excellent networking skills to enable the identification of placement opportunities that are not available on the market.
    • Strong selling skills to ensure that bench personnel resume reach the hiring manager.
    • Excellent understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to maximize bill rates received
