- Collaborate with the founders to create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Establish various sales funnels through paid content, cold outreach, and partnership channels.
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a team of sales professionals, offering guidance and support to ensure they meet and surpass sales goals.
- Foster strong client relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Pursue new business opportunities by expanding the client base through prospecting, networking, and industry event participation.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, track progress, identify areas for enhancement, and make strategic decisions based on data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with different teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to align strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and techniques for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership within consulting, digital agency, digital media, or similar industries.
- Strong ability to build core relationships and having an existing network of digital clients is advantageous.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving growth, and building high-performing sales teams.
- Sound business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and client requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients and team members.
- Strategic mindset to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on tangible outcomes and business success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for analyzing and reporting on performance.
