    Job Description:

    As the Head of Sales at Meduit Labs, you will lead our sales initiatives and boost revenue growth. You will be pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing a sales team, and nurturing client relationships to drive business expansion. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven sales success and a deep understanding of the consulting industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the founders to create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Establish various sales funnels through paid content, cold outreach, and partnership channels.
    • Recruit, lead, and inspire a team of sales professionals, offering guidance and support to ensure they meet and surpass sales goals.
    • Foster strong client relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for additional services.
    • Pursue new business opportunities by expanding the client base through prospecting, networking, and industry event participation.
    • Analyze sales performance metrics, track progress, identify areas for enhancement, and make strategic decisions based on data.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborate with different teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to align strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and techniques for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership within consulting, digital agency, digital media, or similar industries.
    • Strong ability to build core relationships and having an existing network of digital clients is advantageous.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving growth, and building high-performing sales teams.
    • Sound business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and client requirements.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients and team members.
    • Strategic mindset to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Results-driven approach with a focus on tangible outcomes and business success.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for analyzing and reporting on performance.
    • Leadership qualities including integrity, accountability, and the ability to motivate others.
