ResponsibilitiesLead Generation through Organic and Inorganic Methods
Move the Lead through the Sales Process and set up Virtual / Physical Meetings with the Coaches for 1-1 and Group Coaching
Follow up for conversion
Work on client database development and management
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Organize seminars and webinars to get at least 25 business owner prospects in the room
Coordinate with the Marketing Communication Agency to ensure that Marketing Plan is followed
Manage the Diary and set up meetings for the Coaches
Assist the MD in the HR and Admin activities
Any other responsibility allocated by the MD, Beyond Red Ocean Consulting and his other companies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
