    Job Description:

    Join BYJU'S as a Student Success Specialist and embark on an exciting journey to guide students using BYJU'S App Learning Program. As a Student Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in the students' learning journey with BYJU'S, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for them.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Mentor and engage with students assigned to you, ensuring their active participation in the learning program.

    2. Guide learners through their academic journey, providing access to quality information and academic resources.

    3. Utilize various contact channels, such as phone, chat, and video, to interact with students and parents.

    4. Monitor and analyze student performance dashboards to track their overall development.

    5. Inspire and counsel students to excel in their academic and extracurricular pursuits.

    6. Facilitate students and parents in fully utilizing the BYJU'S app.

    7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives under the guidance of management.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:

    (A) Objective: Achieve 5 hours of talk time per day, connect with 60 customers, and make 150 or more dialed calls.

    (B) Working hours: 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM

    (C) Week off: Rotational (Mandatory working on Saturday and Sunday)

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    This work-from-home role is exclusively for mothers.

    Graduation is a must.

    A laptop and access to good Wi-Fi at home are required.

    Language Proficiency: English (Prime) and Regional Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali, and Telugu.

    Maximum age: 35 years.
