    Description

    POSITIONSUMMARY:

    BOTVFX a postproduction services company in the entertainment industrywith global clients is looking for an entrylevel position Jr ITAsset Management Analyst on a permanent role basis. This roleinvolves working with the IT Team to assist in the management ofthe lifecycle of IT assets within the company. This role reports tothe Desktop DeploymentLead.
    POSITIONRESPONSIBILITY

    • Assistin the tracking and reporting of IT assets throughout theirlifecycle from procurement to disposal.
    • Helpmaintain accurate inventory records and databases for all IT assetsincluding hardware software and networkequipment.
    • Work closely with procurement and ITdepartments to forecast asset needs and manage inventorylevels.
    • Coordinate with various departments tofacilitate the proper deployment maintenance and retirement of ITassets.
    • Support the Desktop Deployment Lead inperforming audits and inventory checks to ensure all assets areaccounted for and properly licensed.
    • Assist indeveloping and implementing procedures for tracking company assetsto oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
    • Help in analyzing IT asset usage andlifecycle to identify costsaving and efficiencyopportunities.
    • Respond to requests from ITstaff and other employees regarding asset availability andprocurement procedures.
    • Ensure compliance withcompany policies and regulatory standards regarding ITassets.
    • Provide administrative support for ITasset procurement and disposal processes.

    REQUIREDSKILLS

    • Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology or related field or equivalentwork experience.
    • 12 years of experience in ITasset management IT support or a relatedfield.
    • Familiarity with IT asset managementsoftware and systems.
    • Strong organizationalskills and the ability to handle multiple tasks anddeadlines.
    • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
    • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite especially Excel for data analysis andreporting.
    • Basic understanding of IT hardwareand software components.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Detailoriented with a strong focus onaccuracy.
