    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Build Health Focused Agency Force
    • Achieve Budgeted Sales Targets (Retail Health Products only)
    • Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
    • Handholding of Advisors
    • Will be responsible for Training of Advisors
    • Ownership and Servicing of Advisors
    • Drive Advisor activation and progression.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
    • Experience in GI/HI industry
