    Job Title: SAP Ariba& Contract ManagementSpecialistExperience:68yearsLocation:QatarContractDuration: 1 Year(Extendable)
    Responsibilities:
    1. SAPAribaImplementation:
    • Leadand participate in the implementation of SAP Ariba solutions inQatar.
    • Configure and customize SAP Aribamodules to meet businessrequirements.
    1. ContractManagement:
    • Overseethe endtoend contract management process in compliance with Qatarilegal and regulatorystandards.
    1. IntegrationManagement:
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams in Qatar to integrate SAP Ariba withother enterprise systems.
    • Manage data migrationand ensure seamless integration acrossplatforms.
    1. SystemMaintenance andSupport:
    • Provideongoing support for SAP Ariba modules addressing user issues andtroubleshooting system errors in the Qataroffice.
    • Conduct regular system audits to ensuredata accuracy andintegrity.
    1. UserTraining:
    • Developand conduct training sessions for endusers in Qatar on SAP Aribafunctionalities.
    • Create user manuals anddocumentation forreference.
    1. ContinuousImprovement:
    • Identifyopportunities for process improvements within SAP Ariba andcontract management workflows in the Qatarcontext.
    • Stay abreast of industry bestpractices and new features in SAPAriba.
    1. ReportingandAnalytics:
    • Generateand analyze reports specific to Qatar to provide insights intocontract performance.
    • Create dashboards andreports to supportdecisionmaking.
    1. VendorCollaboration:
    • Workclosely with vendors in Qatar to optimize the use of SAP Aribatools.
    • Collaborate on joint initiatives andprocessimprovements.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology Business or a relatedfield.
    • 68 years of handson experience with SAPAriba implementation and contractmanagement.
    • Strong understanding of procurementprocesses and best practices.
    • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Effectivecommunication skills to work with stakeholders in the Qataroffice.
    Certifications(Preferred):
    • SAPAriba Certification
