- Stakeholder Onboarding: Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition and setup of our services and products.
- StakeholderEngagement : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder account management matters.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from stakeholder on their experience and work closely with our product and service teams to refine and improve our offerings.
- Success Planning: Develop success plans for stakeholder that outline their critical goals and metrics for success. Ensure these plans are in place and track customer progress.
- Training and Support: Provide stakeholders with comprehensive training and support on our AI tools and resources, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our products.
- Retention and Growth: Monitor stakeholder health indicators, develop strategies for retention, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in stakeholder success, account management, or a similar role in the IT/IT Services or IT SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships, improving stakeholders' satisfaction, and achieving strategic objectives.
