    Global Director of Delivery (Procurement Services)

    About the
    Role:

    • Leadership and Team Management
    • Manage a diverse team of procurement professionals across multiple shifts
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members to foster a high-performing culture
    • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded consistently
    • Strategy and Execution
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies within the procurement function
    • Oversee the procurement process from request to negotiation, ensuring compliance with customer processes/policy
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in India to optimize the experience we are providing
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to understand the customer procurement needs and ensure alignment with how we are executing
    • Operational Excellence
    • Drive operational excellence in procurement operations by implementing best practices, standardizing processes and other technology solutions
    • Monitor performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
    • Act as an advisor to service delivery managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
