    TheRole:As aMarketing Associate at Klub youll wear many hats from craftingengaging social media campaigns to optimising our online presencewith SEO strategies. Youll also play a pivotal role in managing thedaytoday activities of our interns providing guidance and supportto help them thrive in their roles. Your organisational skills willbe put to the test as you juggle multiple projects and deadlineswithfinesse.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Developand implement social media marketing strategies to increase brandawareness and engagement.
    • Conduct keywordresearch and implement SEO best practices to improve our onlinevisibility.
    • Create compelling content forvarious channels including blog posts emails andnewsletters.
    • Coordinate and oversee theactivities of interns providing mentorship and guidance asneeded.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall businessobjectives.
    • Analyse campaign performance andidentify areas for improvement making datadriven recommendationsforoptimisation.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or relatedfield.
    • 24 years of experience in a marketingrole preferably in fintech B2B or marketingagency.
    • Proven experience in social mediamarketing SEO and content creation.
    • Strongorganisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously (Google sheets/docs should be your bestfriends)
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • A proactive and adaptablemindset with a passion for continuous learning andgrowth.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment.
