Description

Talentport Recruitment Services is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The role is open to Fresher and experienced candidates

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary 20k - 30k CTC (based on performance)
Rotational Shifts and 5 days working
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and candidates
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools
Familiarity with the recruitment industry and the job market is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and candidates, addressing their queries and providing assistance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Ensure timely response to client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients and candidates in a professional and efficient manner
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable job opportunities for candidates
Manage and update the customer database with relevant information
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide informed assistance to clients and candidates
