- Understanding client's Influencer Marketing requirements and help them with planning, designing of proposals or pitch deck along with an execution plan for their respective Influencer Marketing briefs.
- Presenting and walk through of proposals and pitch decks to the clients.
- Assigning, communicating, delegating and monitoring the task to internal subunits and team members.
- Responsible for right deployment of resources and utilization for client servicing and centralized database of Influencers and third parties.
- Maintaining TAT for the briefs received, understanding of relevancy as per the requirement, and smart creation of detailed proposals, presentation and pitch decks.
- Acquire, connect, onboard and retain the potential clients with great negotiation tactics and process downloading.
- Maintain the accounts or portfolios assigned.
- Responsible for upselling to current clients and building a strong rapport with client POCs.
- Keeping a close coordination, process checks and relationships with internal team members, departments and external partners.
- Seamless campaign execution with strong coordination with onboarded Influencers and internal team as per the preplanned roadmap proposed to the client.
- Achieving quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly company financials, campaign closure percentage, maintaining margin, client retention.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
- Keep a close followups and check on updates for the next move with the client.
- Creating of internal progress evaluation reports.
- Set quarterly goals, evaluating parameters and a fair performance evaluation for the team.
- Lead, motivate & inspire your Exec(s) to develop within their roles.
- Recruit, train & retain team members.
- Fair delegation of work and maintaining the TAT for the same.
- Timely learning & development facilitation to the team.
- Responsible for team's Social Media Savvy.
- Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
- Fair knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
- Ability to lead the team, good in organizing of tasks and delegation.
- Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
- High interpersonal, coordination and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Able to create business and team evaluation reports & MIS.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or influencer marketing roles, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience using influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
