    Job Description:

    • Creating RFP/RFI/project/contract docs for prospective and current customers
    • Engaging with customers over email/phone
    • Ensuring solutions stated in the SoWs are in line with client requirements
    • Preparing presentation decks to support sales
    • Conducting research into the industry including competitor research
    • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clientsLiaising with those developing products/services to gain an indepth knowledge that you can relate to customers and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like
    • Conducting research into the industry including competitor research
    • Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc
    • Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users

    Requirement :

    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
    • Proven track record of working effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce).
    • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
