- Manage the India Business Headsdaily schedule and prioritize meetings. Follow up on requesteditems
- Coordinate executive communicationsincluding taking calls responding to emails and interfacing withstakeholders
- Anticipate needs and take theinitiative to solve problems independently.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasksincluding assisting with special projects reports andpresentations; collecting and preparing information for meetingswith staff and outside parties; composing and preparingcorrespondence; maintaining contact lists; making travelarrangements.
- Add the context of meeting everyperson the India Business Head interacts with and put them intodifferent buckets that can be used for better relationshipbuilding/touch in future
- Source and procureessentials for official use including but not limited to stationerybooks snacks etc.
- Provide event managementsupport and coordinate team outings as requested. Any otheroccasional hospitality errands
- Providehospitality to all guests and help to create a welcomingenvironment.
- Other projects/duties as assignedfor the overall benefit of the organization.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism amongstaff and clientele
- Travel bookings andarrangements including the Visa process.
- Schedule travel in the calendar and attach it to thecalendar checkin
- Strong organizationalproject management and problemsolving skills with impeccablemultitasking abilities
- Strong ability to buildrelationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Expertlevel written and verbal communicationskills
- Emotional maturity Highly resourcefulteam player with the ability to also be extremely effectiveindependently
- Proven ability to handleconfidential information be adaptable to various competing demandsand demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service andresponse
- Forwardlooking thinker who activelyseeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Bachelors degree required Minimum 23 years of experiencesupporting CLevel Executives
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office Adobe Acrobat and Social Media webplatforms.
