    JobProfile:

    Theposition offers excellent exposure and growth potential to aprofessional who would like to join the core team engaged insetting up a new nationwide organization and participate in itsgrowth. The position involves setting up the Direct network for thesales function in NeoGrowth and will be the responsible foridentifying selecting as well asmonitoring.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Idealcandidate will be Masters in Business Management aged3035 with 10 in aNBFC/Bank handling the Sales through the DST channel from small tomid size loans to retailers merchants and small businessenterprises. Our product is targeted at Merchant & retailestablishments. Responsibilities from the role will be appointingand monitoring the Direct Channel network for loan productportfolio suchas::

    1. Togrow the retail loan business and achieve the targeted loan booksize.
    2. Toincrease the productivity in terms of value and number of loandisbursals as ateam.
    3. Tooptimize the cost of merchant acquisition perdisbursal.
    4. Toincrease the income from each merchantacquisition.
    5. IdentifyingRecruiting and Driving channel partners & DSTs on acontinuous basis to ensure continuing salesgrowth.
    6. Responsiblefor generating business through DirectChannel.
    7. Shouldhave direct experience in working out & negotiatingcommercialagreements.
    8. Ensuringbasic business quality parameters such as TAT Lead Management etcmaintained by theteam
    9. Ensuringbasic Sales Process in the team by imparting continuous Product andProcess training for the front end team setting individual SalesTarget and Monitoring regular productivityetc
    10. Recruitmentand Training ofFOS
    11. Experiencein designing incentive plans motivational programmes and engagementactivities.
    12. Sphereheadingvarious awareness and lead generating activities done by the team(such as Road Shows) in order to increase the inflow of customerenquiry which further resulting into increased businessvolume
    13. Accountablefor the profitability of the channel and productivity of teammembers
    14. Exposureto fraud prevention anddetection
    15. Coordinatingwith collection department in resolving non starters anddelinquencycases.
    16. Incorporatingvarious checkpoints within the sales process of the team to ensurequality sourcing by the team ensuring acquisition of qualityassets.


    Requirements

    Qualification

    Graduate inCommerce/Science

    10to 15 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC outof whichatleast

    5 to7 years of retail loan selling is amust.

    Managementdegree in finance/business from reputed institute will be givenpreference.
