    Job Title – Marketing manager

    Experience required – 1 to 3 years

    Location - Bhandup West, Mumbai

    Salary - Upto 7 LPA

    Roles and Responsibilities -

    1. Strategic Planning: Develop & execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Identify target markets, inform decisions through market analysis.

    2. Market Research: Research trends, customer needs & competition. Inform product development & strategy refinement.

    3. Team Leadership: Lead & guide the marketing team. Delegate tasks, provide resources.

    4. Marketing Tools & Tech: Stay updated, implement new tools. Improve processes & results through tech.

    5. Content Strategy: - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals and objectives. - Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) including content creation, publishing, and community management. - Create engaging and shareable content, including blogs, image, and video content, tailored to each platform's audience and best practices. - Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them to improve the company's social media presence and performance.

    6. Partnerships & Alliances: Identify partners & manage collaborations. Expand marketing reach mutually.

    7. Metrics & Analytics: Track KPIs, improve future campaigns.

    8. Reporting & Presentations: Share campaign, budget & ROI reports. Present to senior management.

    9. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand identity. Strengthen brand through strategic communication.

    10. Offline Marketing: Branding and promotion at the physical conferences, exhibition booths, etc.

    Skills required-


    • Content Creation and Content Writing


    • Basic Canva


    • Marketing tools


    • Microsoft Office


    • Good Hands-on LinkedIn


    • Sound knowledge on Digital Marketing


    • English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)

    Desired Candidate Profile

    1. We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Sales and Operations team.

    2. Possess good oral and written communication skills.

    3. Should be comfortable to host virtual and offline events with a live audience.

    4. Should have expertise in Excel, power point presentations and content writing.

    5. Prospective candidate must be smart, presentable with good communication skills, be self-driven & motivated, good listener, learner & presenter.
