    Job Description:

    As the Marketing Manager for Furnishing Brand, you will play a crucial role in boosting brand recognition, engaging customers, and increasing revenue through smart marketing strategies. Located at our Mumbai head office, you will lead the marketing team in collaboration with the owners and work closely with various teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning, launching, and managing Influencer marketing campaigns
    • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
    • Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms
    • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Being the main contact for all marketing efforts and partnerships
    • Collaborating with the sales team to develop promotional offers
    • Overseeing the creation of marketing collateral
    • Managing the brand's social media presence
    • Utilizing data analytics to track campaign effectiveness
    • Driving product adoption through various channels
    • Staying updated on industry trends and technologies

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in home furnishing or interior design industry

    Skills Required:

    • Self-motivated individual with a hunger for growth
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles
    • Experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns
    • Proficiency in data analysis
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
