    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager well-versed in omnichannel marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, specializing in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels such as direct-to-consumer, retail, social media, and digital advertising.

    Position: Marketing Manager

    Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with a focus on building direct-to-consumer brands.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies: Lead the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies blending online and offline channels to drive customer engagement in alignment with company goals.
    • Multi-channel marketing: Oversee various marketing campaigns to maximize impact across email, social media, digital advertising, and more.
    • Brand management: Ensure consistent brand awareness across all channels to maintain alignment with brand values.
    • Content Conceptualization and Execution: Create content tailored for performance marketing, social media, and marketplaces based on insights and budget constraints.
    • Customer segmentation and targeting: Utilize data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to engage them effectively.
    • Performance analysis and optimization: Analyze campaign performance to optimize results across digital channels.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Budget management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends: Keep updated on marketing trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience with a focus on direct-to-consumer strategies.
    • Track record of successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Ability to interpret data for marketing decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
    • Experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
    • Passionate about food systems and impact.

    Preferred:

    • 4 years of prior work experience.
    • Experience in building direct-to-consumer brands.
    • Passionate about food.
