    Job Description:

    As the Marketing Manager for NuHome Furnishing Brand, you will be instrumental in boosting brand awareness, engaging customers, and driving revenue growth through smart marketing strategies. Located at our Mumbai head office, you will take charge of the marketing function, collaborating closely with various teams to implement effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning, launching, and managing influencer marketing campaigns with industry participants
    • Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote NuHome's products nationwide
    • Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition
    • Conducting market research to identify trends and refine marketing strategies
    • Acting as the main contact for all marketing efforts and regional campaigns
    • Collaborating with the sales team to create promotional offers and incentives
    • Overseeing the creation of marketing collateral and managing social media presence
    • Utilizing data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and drive product adoption
    • Staying updated on industry trends and applying insights to develop innovative strategies

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

    Minimum 5 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in home furnishing or interior design

    Skills Required:

    • Self-motivated individual with a hunger for growth and multitasking abilities
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior in Mumbai
    • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
    • Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving abilities

    Salary: 10 lacks Per annum
