    Job Description

    A Chief Marketing Officer runs the show of any organization. He/she must entirely take the reins of the brand into his/her brands and devise innovative and productive strategies to create brand awareness and identity.

    'Must Haves' for this role

    • App-based marketing
    • In-app sales and promotions
    • Understanding of traditional Indian art and culture
    • Previous experience in Ed-tech or creative industry
    • Flexible job role
    • 'Hustler' mentality and a 'Go-getter' approach

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Devise innovative brand marketing initiatives and ensure their effective execution.
    • Conduct extensive research to understand our consumers, define their personas and recognize their behaviour and buying patterns.
    • Manage and develop scalable strategies to promote the brand on different online and offline platforms.
    • Work closely with the Marketing, Content, PR and Business Development teams to manage creative initiatives and meet monthly targets.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with brands and institutions to establish partnerships, promote the brand and drive business.
    • Measure and analyze the brand performance regularly and devise strategies for better results.

    Our Journey

    Rajasthan Studio began its journey in 2019 from a small working space in Jaipur, Rajasthan, linking the travel and art sectors together to offer offbeat travel experiences through personalized masterclass workshops. During the pandemic, we decided to scale our business through virtual art experiences, giving birth to the idea of Rooftop. Over the span of the last 3 years, we have grown to over 60 employees working from our Jaipur and Mumbai offices.
